This Policy explicitly applies to APS Financial Corporation ("APSF"), a FINRA licensed broker-dealer, and APS Asset Management, Inc. ("APSAM"), a SEC registered investment advisor. Your privacy is a priority for all of our affiliates. We collect personal information to open your account(s), to process your transactions and to help us provide a better level of service. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We protect the security and confidentiality of the personal information we collect. Our relationship with you is our most important asset. We understand that you have entrusted us with your private financial information, and we do everything we can to maintain that trust. APS Financial is a fully disclosed introducing broker-dealer. Southwest Securities, Inc. safe-keeps our customers' funds and securities, and has access to their personal information. For your reference, the Southwest Securities Privacy Policy is posted at www.southwestsecurities.com. Personal information may be provided to service providers that assist us in processing your transactions or servicing your account(s). An example would be the company that prints and mails your account statement.

Internet Security. We do not retrieve personal information from visitors who browse our web site. Again, please refer to Southwest Securities privacy policy if you have the ability to access your accounts online.
